Cancellation Policy

The Vikki Marie Booking Policy Reservation & Payment Policy A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Rates are subject to change during holidays, special events, and peak travel seasons. Guests must ensure all booking information is accurate before confirming reservations. Security Deposit Policy A $150 security deposit is required for all stays. Deposits are refundable after checkout once the unit has been inspected for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking, or policy violations. Any damages, excessive mess, stains, broken items, or unauthorized activities may result in deductions from the deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, additional charges may apply. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in may receive a partial or full refund depending on the reservation terms. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival may result in forfeiture of booking payments and/or security deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Guests who shorten their stay after check-in are still responsible for the remaining balance of the reservation. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may include additional fees. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional nightly charges. Guest Rules Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved by management. No smoking inside units. Smoking violations will result in additional cleaning fees. No illegal activity, weapons, or disruptive behavior allowed on the property. Quiet hours must be respected to ensure a peaceful luxury experience for all guests. Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and reporting damages immediately. Shuttle Service Policy Shuttle services are available by scheduling in advance. Transportation availability may vary depending on timing and destination. Guests must be ready at scheduled pickup times to avoid delays. Damage & Liability Guests assume responsibility for any damages caused during their stay. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings. Failure to follow property rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
